How long does it take to receive samples?

For existing samples, we can ship within 3-5 business days. For custom samples requiring new molds or special materials, the lead time is typically 7-10 business days. We offer free samples for serious buyers, with the shipping cost to be covered by the customer.

What is your production lead time?

Our standard production lead time is 30-35 days after sample approval and deposit received. For large orders or during peak seasons, this may extend to 45 days. We always strive to meet your deadline and will communicate transparently about delivery schedules.

Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

Yes, we specialize in both OEM and ODM services:

  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): You provide the design, specifications, and branding requirements. We manufacture according to your exact specifications.
  • ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): You share your concept or requirements, and our R&D team will design and develop the product for you, including packaging design.

What customization options do you offer?

We offer comprehensive customization options including:

What are your payment terms?

For new customers, we require a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. For long-term partners with good payment history, we can offer more flexible terms. We accept T/T (Wire Transfer), PayPal (for samples and small orders), and L/C (Letter of Credit) for large orders.

Do you have any quality certifications?

Can I visit your factory?

Absolutely! We welcome factory visits from our customers and partners. Our factory is located in Shenzhen, China. Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit, and we will be happy to show you our production facilities, quality control processes, and meet our team. We can also arrange video factory tours if an in-person visit is not possible.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Sea Freight: Most economical for large orders (25-35 days)
  • Air Freight: Faster option for urgent orders (5-8 days)
  • Express Courier: DHL, FedEx, UPS for samples and small orders (3-5 days)
  • Amazon FBA: We can ship directly to Amazon fulfillment centers

We handle all export documentation and customs clearance procedures.
